Our STANAG 4569 level 2 –protected vehicles are armoured using materials, both opaque and transparent, that meet or exceed the requirements of the
NATO Allied Engineering Publication AEP55 Volume 1 and Standardization Agreement STANAG 4569 level 2 for Main Areas ballistic evaluation at 90° impact angle (0° obliquity) for all “vertical” surfaces and 30° impact angle (60° obliquity) for the roof.
Armouring
All four sides of the passenger compartment are protected using high-quality armour steel and glass defeating 7,62 mm x 39 API BZ at 0° incidence (90° to the strike face) and 695±20m/s striking velocity.
The roof of the vehicle is protected against the same ammunition at 60° incidence (30° to the strike face).
Opaque Areas
All opaque areas including the roof are protected against the following and all lesser weapons/ammunitions at 90° impact angle (30° for the roof) in accordance with the above specifications.

Floor
The floor of the vehicle is designed to defeat the fragmentation hand grenades such as the DM51 or the HG85 and small AP landmines such as the DM31 and to withstand a blast of up to 6kg of TNT under the vehicle.
